Our Early Aims & Goals The Cornwall based "Winston Graham & Poldark Literary Society" was founded
in March 2004 as a permanent memorial and tribute to Winston Graham's
formidable literary skills and talents. A member of the Alliance of Literary Societies, its initial aims and goals via the
eventual election of a formally constituted Committee will be to
continuously foster the appreciation and study of all of his works.
Additionally that one day it will also be possible to raise the funds
necessary to produce a new Cornish made TV or Film series of the Poldark
novels.

Rosemary Culley
It is also a pleasure to announce that Rosemary Culley, Honorary Secretary
of "The Alliance of Literary Societies" and Membership Secretary of "The
Jane Austen Society" has very kindly agreed to become
the Society's first Honorary Life Member.
Without her enormous help, patience and valuable advice so freely and
generously given from the very beginning quite simply we would not be here
today.
Thank you so much Rosemary and a very warm welcome !
